Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and developer tomcandev ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Colloca mobile applications (iOS and Android) and related website services.

1. Standard End User License Agreement

Colloca is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly under the terms of this Agreement:

• Apple iOS Users: By downloading or accessing Colloca from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that your use is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA), as supplemented by these Terms.
• Google Play Android Users: By downloading or accessing Colloca from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that your use is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, as supplemented by these Terms.

2. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and In-App Purchases

Colloca offers both free access tiers and premium auto-renewing subscriptions ("Colloca PRO"):

• 1-Year Membership (with 3-Day Free Trial): Unlocks full access to all 1,000 collocations, 3,000 quizzes, and future curriculum additions. You will not be charged during the 3-day trial period. If not cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to an annual paid plan at the stated price.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase granting perpetual access to all current and future PRO features with zero recurring charges.
• Monthly Membership: Billed monthly on a recurring basis, cancellable anytime.

3. Payment, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation Policy

• Payment Processing: Payment will be charged directly to your Apple ID account (for iOS purchases) or Google Play account (for Android purchases) upon confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Account Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current plan price.
• Managing iOS Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your iOS subscription anytime by opening the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Managing Android Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your Android subscription anytime by opening the Google Play Store app > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) in accordance with their respective app store policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to the Colloca owl mascot, curriculum design, collocation datasets, quiz questions, graphics, algorithms, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of tomcandev. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Colloca is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for rigorous linguistic accuracy, we do not guarantee specific exam scores (such as IELTS or PTE) or test results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the application.
