• Offline-First Architecture: Your study targets, learning streaks, quiz history, and saved favorites are stored locally on your device.
• No Third-Party Advertising: We do not sell your personal data, track your activity across other apps, or serve targeted advertisements. Colloca does not collect or use an Advertising ID (AD_ID / IDFA).
• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide an email address to use Colloca.

2. Information We Collect and Process

Because Colloca is designed as an offline-first learning tool, we collect minimal data:

• On-Device Learning State: Learning progress, bookmarks/favorites, streak count, and daily review targets. This data stays entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
• In-App Purchases (IAP): Transactions are processed securely directly through Apple StoreKit (on iOS) and Google Play Billing (on Android) via RevenueCat. We do not receive, process, or store your credit card details. RevenueCat processes anonymous app user identifiers to validate subscription entitlements.
• User-Initiated Issue Reporting: When you voluntarily submit a report about a question or typo via the in-app feedback button, only the reported question context and optional notes are transmitted to our secure server to help us correct mistakes. No personal data is attached.

3. How We Use Information

Any technical data processed is used strictly for:

• Providing and maintaining the core functionality of Colloca.
• Verifying your subscription status and unlocking PRO content.
• Troubleshooting technical defects and optimizing app performance.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party services for essential infrastructure:

• Apple StoreKit & Google Play Billing: Manages subscription billing and renewal according to Apple and Google's standard privacy guidelines.
• RevenueCat: Provides secure server-side receipt validation for in-app subscriptions without storing personally identifiable financial data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since your learning history is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your stored data at any time simply by deleting or uninstalling the Colloca application from your device, or clearing app storage in your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Colloca does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
